This home sat vacant for 10+ years and was heavily vandalized and neglected.  This diamond in the rough was at the entrance to Selwyn Elementary School and overlooked Myers Park Country Club's golf course.  The 4,200-square-foot home was built in 1963 and had never been updated.  We took the entire house down to the framing and put it back together with all new windows, roofing, doors, systems, floors...everything.
