Built in 1946, this was a single story, 1,200-square-foot home deemed a “tear down” by most, if not all, until stumbled upon by our always optimistic owner/client and the team at Hobson Builders. We knocked the top off, expanded out back, and our talented subcontractors delivered a “like new” 2,900-square-foot home with all of today’s advantages while preserving the existing character.  Deemed a “Modern Tudor” by Ray and his team at Sheedy Watts Design, the new home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large family room and outdoor living.
